Next steps for Invisalign after Finest Dental closure


Here at Gentle Dental Care, we have successfully treated many Invisalign patients that have previously been Finest Dental patients.

We can understand that this alteration period must be a difficult time for many and are here to reassure all of our patients that, as a family run practice who have ran throughout Croydon, Bromley and Sutton for over 35 years and operating out of 8 locations, we are here for you. We provide a wide range of dentistry services and are a large provider with skilled clinicians across the group of practices.

Our sole aim throughout the Invisalign process is to find the best solution tailored for you, whether you’ve just started the treatment or you’re about to finish with your dazzling new smile on standby.

For all Invisalign patients, in order to have access to your treatment plan, you will need to put in a request with the Laboratory at Align. To do this, you are simply required to send us the necessary forms, signed by both you and the dentists at Gentle Dental Care. We have created a simple form for you to complete, allowing you to get the process started.

Once we have your records, we will call you in to meet with us so that we can assess the stage of treatment you are currently at, and the remaining number of aligners you may require. We may then, with the correct records, be able to quote a significantly reduced fee from between £750 up to £2100 to take over the case as we have the authority from Invisalign to proceed without further laboratory costs from them. Once Dr Avi and the team have finalised a plan, you may be able to recover part of this cost from your finance company or bank. So far, we have helped 11 local patients through this and feel confident that we can assist many others.

Once we are happy to sign off and continue, we will have the ability, depending on your stage of treatment, to either take a new digital impression or order new aligners for you in relation to your existing scan.

With our friendly team on hand, we are here to aid the tracking and support of your treatment in person, as well as ensuring direct communication between you and your assigned dentist is continued, rather than operating through a new and commonly utilised, digital monitoring device seen across other dentistry’s in the UK. We feel, as a family run practice, that this allows us to give the all-important personal touch to each of our hundreds of Invisalign patients.
