Our core philosophy is making the dental experience gentle and more comfortable for everyone. More specifically, we have great people working together as a ‘dream team’. With this approach we can deliver comprehensive care with integrity, leading to success as a group practice.
New team members have a comprehensive induction and training with a member of our team that understands how we deliver our standard of care prior to taking on independent responsibilities. We work hard as a team and help each other out especially if we see one of our own struggling. We are also committed to continued education and improvement, so we have daily huddles before the day starts and meetings on a weekly and monthly basis as required so that we communicate well throughout the organisation.
