Gentle Dental Care has been seeing patients from the 8th June after telephone assessment on both the NHS and Privately, and our group will continue to expand our services to more locations by the middle of July 2020 opening in line with government guidance.
Our priority has always been the safety of our patients and staff, and we have been working hard to manage our list of emergency care patients, and we are now starting to tend to patients that are mid-way through care. We are continuing to work to the national guidance, with all the relevant additional safety precautions and social distancing which significantly affects the flow and number of patients seen.
Please be patient, and for further information please like and follow us on Facebook http://bit.ly/GDCG-FB and Instagram https://bit.ly/GDCG-Insta as well as check our website regularly where we will keep you updated along the way. Also, it’s important that we have an up to date email for you, as going forward we will be able to communicate with you this way.
For those requiring routine care, please do not attempt to contact us yet as we are continuing to give priority to those in the greatest need. We are determined to resume routine care as quickly as it is safe to do so and will keep you fully informed throughout the process. We envisage the routine appointments will be available towards the end of July for our private clinics and NHS appointments available a little while after.
We are currently also being advised hygiene services will be available towards mid-July. If you would like a routine hygienist appointment, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll deal with your enquiry as soon as possible.
Our video consultation system will remain available going forward and we encourage our patients to make use of it where possible: https://bit.ly/GDCG-Video.
When we do return social distancing procedures will remain in place in line with government guidelines so we will have a reduced volume of patients into the practice.
Thank you for supporting our family-run business in these difficult times, we hope you are all keeping well.
